Local Primary School Visits Baitul Ehsan Mosque

Baitul Ehsan Mosque in Leamington Spa recently welcomed around 30 Year 3 pupils from Clifton upon Dunsmore Church of England Primary School for an educational visit.

During the visit, the pupils attended a presentation on Islam and the mosque, delivered by members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community’s women’s organisation, giving them the opportunity to learn more about the Islamic faith and the purpose of a mosque.

The programme also included an interactive quiz led by the mosque’s Imam, Shahzad Ahmad, which the children enjoyed and participated in enthusiastically.

The visit concluded with refreshments, providing an opportunity for pupils and staff to reflect on what they had learned.
