Faiths unite in peace call at Hillingdon mosque event

HILLINGDON’S Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in brought together faiths and communities on Sunday (26) as part of a global #VoicesForPeace campaign, for peace in the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Jews, Christians and Muslims – three branches of the same Abrahamic creed – joined in a gesture of solidarity with prayers for justice and humanity.

During the event at the Baitul Amn Mosque, Royal Lane, calls were made for an immediate ceasefire, the release of all hostages, supply of humanitarian aid to all who need it and for world powers to work together for a lasting peace.
