The Ahmadiyya’s Ride For Peace to raise money for charity

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association (AMEA) cycling club are inviting people down to come and join them for their Waverley Ride for Peace. The ride has several different distances for people of all skill levels ranging from 15-100km. The cycle ride will begin at 8.30am from Islamabad, Tilford, and will go through the Surrey Villages and towns including Tilford and its surrounding areas, including Farnham, Haslemere and Godalming.

The event has been set up to bring Waverley communities together through cycling. The AMEA want to use the event to promote the sustainable and environmentally friendly form or transport and its health benefits of cycling. There will be free food and refreshments at food and drink stations and to celebrate at the finish line there will be free biryani.The route is signposted and a marshal will be available along the route to provide support and first aid if needed.
