Record-breaking response to Bordon’s annual New Year community clean-up

People in Bordon have shown bags of enthusiasm for a New Year bid to clean up the town.Cllr Adeel Shah and his Ahmadiyya counterparts have invited residents to start the year by giving back – and to join their annual New Year’s Community Clean-up.People who want to join the litter pick and clean-up should meet outside the Forest Centre Lidl for a 7.15am start on Thursday, January 1.

More than 50 people have already registered for the clean-up, with gloves, bags and a hot breakfast being provided by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community UK.
