Newcastle Ahmadi Muslim ladies make donations to charities
Afghan Refugee Donation
In September, women from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (AMC) in Newcastle donated clean clothing and household items for Afghan refugees. These items were donated to the Salvation Army who were taking donations for Afghan Refugees.
Food Donation
Donations were also made to the Sunderland Charity FODI (Friends of Drop-In). This charity provides food and support to destitute asylum seekers and refugees. Mrs. Dorothy Ismail from the FODI, appreciated the donations o and sent her thanks to the ladies of the AMC.
