Civic and Political Leaders Visit Baitul Futuh Mosque to Show their Support
Many political and civic leaders visited the Baitul Futuh Mosque to show their support. On Friday 2 October some had the opportunity to meet with His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, after he delivered his Friday Sermon at the mosque.
Those present included Rt HonJustine Greening MP (Secretary of State for International Development), Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon (Minister for Countering Extremism), Rt Hon Tom Brake MP, James Berry MP, Baroness Sheehan, Commander Mak Chishty and Stephen Alambritis.
Zac Goldsmith MP, Paul Scully MP and Stephen Hammond MP also visited the mosque to show their support.
